Get to Know Me
Hello, hello!
Thanks for popping in; I'm glad you're here! My name is Gia Marino, and I'm from San Diego, California – The land of sunshine and overpriced burritos.
Having spent my early years looking forward to "Friday Family Dance Night," art and community have always played a central role in who I am. Looking to explore opportunities outside of my living room performances, I began training at the Lawrence Family JCC, in addition to developing my love for dance at the San Diego City Ballet.
My passion for storytelling through song led me far from home to Millikin University, where I graduated as a Cum Laude Honors Scholar with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre accompanying a Minor in Dance.
I landed in New York City this past Fall and have been exploring the plethora of ice cream shops and vintage shoe stores in the city. I can't wait to continue exploring NYC creatively - I'm looking forward to working with you!
Headshots Galore!
If you're looking for a bold or silly supporting character, no need to look any further! Do you need a thoughtful and reliable ensemble member who loves to understudy? I'm your girl!
If you're searching for a confident or reflective leading lady – I'm ready to put in the work.
I've always loved working on big production musical theatre material, but I equally jump at every chance to help develop new work. From cabarets to readings to full productions – I'm game.

Moments of Joy!
More About Me!
When I'm not in a dance class or self-taping, I love spending my time outside with friends, journaling, or free-hand embroidering with Modern Family
on in the background!
